A well-known agricultural nanotechnologist who handled several nanotech projects, evolved 15 nanotechnologies encompassing fruit preservation, provided various nano-enabled agri inputs, diagnostic software for nutrient deficiencies in crops, nano-fertilizers, nano-fibres for multi-input delivery, and a N-sensor for plant health monitoring. He has over 200 publications with an H-index of 37, holds 2 patents, and has received over 15 national/international awards. He is involved in various policymaking organizations such as DBT, DST, ICAR, NASF, and FCO.
